Solid 6.5 miler at 8:20 pace. A little cold (10*) and breezy, but felt good to get back out there!

I took off 12/5, just to give myself proper recup time after the 50k, but I did a nice, mellow 5 miles at lunch today, and I feel great.
Back into heavier mileage starting tomorrow!
