wasting time online

How much time would you estimate that you spend browsing running-related websites each day? I'm embarrassed to admit my daily total, but I can claim that at least some of it is work-related. It's certainly more than the amount of time I spent training each day. Am I a freak, or are there others in the same boat?

I fear tallying up the minutes/hours I spend online on running sites.
Already today - I've been at work 2 hours and I'm at least 30 minutes into cruising running materials.
Gads...

Just think what we could do if we spent all that time outside running instead. We'd be so strong, we'd be winning races left and right and prepping for the 2008 Olympic games. :-)

Nope. If I spent the same amount of time training as I do browsing the Internet....I'd be injured all lthe time.

It is addictive. I really have to stop this. Everyone thinks I'm working but ...
Oh, well. I'm out the door to hit the trails for a 10k endurance run; I think I'll set my 201 VP for a 5:30mpk pace since I'll be doing a route with about 120m up and down.
P.S. Why is it that I feel more at ease sharing crap with strangers? Or, maybe it is that I've bored all my friends/family to death with ceaseless running talk?

I think we can all probably relate to that!
