So Happy!!!!!!!

Tonight I had the best night of running EVER!!!!!!!!! I almost didn't go, I was feeling lazy and tired, but told myself I could cut my run short if I felt like it. So, I get outside and start my run, and as I'm going I'm thinking of stopping but decide to go to the next telephone pole, then it was the next tree, and pretty soon, I decided to do the whole route. Then, I decide maybe I can go a teeny bit faster then the slow jog I have been doing. So I kicked up the speed a little. That, was a very good idea! My legs weren't as fatigued and my breathing was excellent after the initial 10 minutes of running. I am so stoked and feel like I could do anything and I dropped 6 minutes off my usual time. I guess running faster and walking less will do that. And get this, after a 2 month drought with my writing, I've found my voice again and started to write!!!
Running is the BOMB!!!!!!!
