Wondering what to eat to best keep your internal fires burning? Running Network has a good article on nutrition for endurance athletes. The author is a sports nutritionist, and offers sensible guidelines on what and when to eat in order to fuel the body and avoid injury. Good advice for those of us who obsess over the details of our physical training, but tend not to give food much thought.
