Deena Kastor to Run The 2005 LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon

Olympic bronze medalist Deena Kastor has announced that she will compete in this year's Chicago Marathon. She hopes to run under 2:20, which would be a new American women's record. That would be an improvement of more than a minute over her personal best time, but with Chicago's fast course it's certainly possible. I guess this shows that London isn't the only marathon that can stack its roster with big names.
