New Feature: Runner's Computing Tools

Runworks now has a new feature: a set of computing tools to help you train and race your best. Click the Tools link on the main header at the top of any page to check it out. Given information about a recent race performance, the tools can predict your finish time at other common race distances, and suggest training paces for various types of workouts. The calculations are based on data from Jack Daniels' popular book Daniels Running Formula. The tools can also do conversions between different distance units and other handy tricks.
