I'm leaving for vacation in St. Maarten tomorrow morning. I don't expect to be online as much while I'm away although I do expect to check in. Next time you "see" me I'll be well rested, a bit tan and hopefully in great shape.

Don't forget to do some running while you're down there! And while you're sunning yourself on the beach, think of everyone back home shivering in the cold rain and snow... ;-)
