Have you all seen http://home.hia.no/~stephens/ ?
It has very good explanations of Exercise Physiology at an accessible but rigorous level. I really learned a lot from it.

Wow, there's a lot of good information there! Much of the basics look similar to Daniels Running Formula, which has become my favorite training bible. However there's also a lot of info specific to master's running that I've never seen before. Good stuff!
