...and it's not a Slurpee!!

OK, S-T-R-E-T-C-H / Abs / and a pretty strong 8 miler this morning.
The weather is much, much better today and I am breathing a whole lot
better....hmmmm ??? Anyway, I felt good out there today, it may be coming
back

How's the humidity treating you? I was in Florida last weekend, and tried running a couple of miles along the beach. With temps in the 90's and high humidity, it was a real sweat fest!
