What would be a good time for a 1600 and an 800 if you are 13 year old girl?

Well for the 1600 (6.20ish) and the 800 (2.45ish). You mighte be faster but thats what i think.

Yeah, that sounds about right to me too...although I might categorize those times as "really good" and not just "good". We actually discussed this a while back, and you might be able to get to the thread via

I found some numbers online-- 6:10 for 1600 meters was enough to win the New Hampshire state title for the girls 13-14 age group in 2000. So I'd say if you're running somewhere around 6:30 +/- then you're doing quite well. But I guess all that really matters is where you place in your races!

Thanx for the times. That makes me feel a lot better about my PRs. Its hard to tell when there are so many good runners to race against.
