19 easy miles Posted: Sun Dec 12, 2004 11:02 am 

I'm still recovering from the marathon, so I had a light week of 19 easy miles over 3 days of running. My body is slowly starting to return to something like normal-- hooray! Next week I hope to do about 30 miles, all easy running. and maybe start looking for some 5K or 10K races to do.

Monday-weights
Tuesday-4 miles on the track, easy easy repeats
Wedesday-embedded circut training (8 miles + weights) that just about wiped me out!
Thursday-4 easy miles
Friday-rest
Saturday-5 easy miles
Sunday-11 miles, decent pace

Total for the week: 32 miles
Goal for next (this) week: 32 miles

25.5 miles over 3 runs. Too few running days, lazy, lazy, lazy! Bad dog! Hope to do more like 35 this week.
