free shipping at EFootwear

Just a heads-up that
www.efootwear.com
is offering free shipping this week. They have pretty good deals on a lot of shoes, especially popular older models like the Asics GT-2090.

Supposedly there was free shipping at Road Runner for orders over $100, but I put that much in my cart and went to check out and didn't get any free shipping. The card I got in the mail didn't say anything about any special code I needed either. I think it was just false advertising.

Call customer service at RRS. They've always been very good to me. My Run America club membership with RRS ran out once without me knowing it. THe e-mails they sent me to renew were filtered out by my SPAM blocking software and so I was never aware of my membership expiring. I found out when I made an order and didn't get my discount or free shipping. I called them and explained. The customer service rep not only credited the shipping and discount but renewed my membership for free. I wrote them back to tell them how pleased I was and how they had gone above and beyond my expectations (that's rare these days).

That's odd, my Run America Club membership renewed automatically. I remember being surprised and somewhat annoyed to see the charge appear on my credit card.
