Since this has helped me so much I'm throwing it out there for everyone else - my knee pain cleared up considerably in about three days after starting taking cod liver oil - from a bottle, not capsule ...

Right knee worse than left, and I suppose since I am hardly exercising I am telling myslef I don't need to stretch - maybe some work on ITB is in order - many thanks for the response!
