Just run one last week and got a 5:25. I have one this weekend... I'm trying to get down closer to 5:00.

So I guess that I should work on doing 20+ at a slower pace, compared to trying to gain speed? If I am thinking right, it is better (?) to have a slower pace at which I can keep for the most part over ...

Yeah, I went and ran 3.5 miles in 4 inches of snow, it was 8 degrees... Its been a pain this winter...

Yeah, I've always carried some kind of I.D. ... Where do you get the "RoadID" from? Sounds better than carrying my State DL.

The comments I receive most come from fellow cadets in ROTC when we have PT... Normally they give us 20 min. to run at what ever pace we want. As of now I'm at a 06:00 per mile,( only good at that pac ...

Yeah, men have 18 min. to run 2 miles and women have 21 min.
