Yeah, I've kinda felt that I'd done that before, because at a qualifying meet, I had to run the quarter-mile at 400 meters, while kids at Fort Middle ran 400 yards... A good 40 yards short ...

Well, I've seen top milers on T.V., (Lagat being one of them,) run the 1.5K, or the 2-mile, and when they're finished, they're not breathing really all that hard, and they're not sweating too badly.. ...

Well, I've never purchased or used shoe insoles, because, I don't think I've ever needed them... Nike Shox have excellent comfort and support, and those are the only things I've ever really run in... ...

Of course, the track season did end a few weeks ago, and I do have pain in my heel still... I don't know if this is normal for runners or not, but I guess I'll check it out ...
